Our agency used the Envision software and now the EnvisionConnect software. I feel strongly to call our agency a member of the Decade family because of the following reasons:

• The multiple times Decade has solicited information from our agency on the functionality of their software
• The strong role the user community played in 'designing' the Envision Connect application.

As an Information Technology person the ease of upgrading the application is refreshing. The support tables are easy to modify and flexible enough to meet our agency needs. The SQL Services Reporting module makes query writing a breeze even for our non-technical users. Decade was gracious enough to create and include the most common field functions in their data model. This eliminated IT staff time to create these functions and puts these valuable functions in the hands of managers and coordinators when creating the queries.

The Decade staff really care about the customer needs and design their software to save all users time, whether support staff, IT staff, or EH specialists."
